With nature on our doorstep there are many outdoor pursuits and adventures that can be effortlessly incorporated into your program of activities.
The rugged west coast is a place for reflection and contemplation. It is sympathetic to the team building process and supports people to show up and be more of who they really are.

It’s very easy to put thoughts of work from your mind when you’re sitting in the Scandinavian hot tub with a glass of champagne, watching the sun set over the Tasman sea.
We are happy to tailor a reward package that meets your specific requirements with a range of health and rejuvenation treatments and fine dining options to choose from.
Our Facilities
We can comfortably host up to seven people overnight with two cottages and an apartment to select from. The large cottage Te Koinga has an ornate hand carved table which seats twelve people and is ideal for both meetings and team meals.
The Pavilion is perfect for day events of up to 120 seated guests or 150 for cocktails and can also accommodate smaller conference groups. (link to Pavilion picture and description)
Our extensive manicured lawns are designed for team activities. We provide croquet, cricket and a petanque, with table tennis on permanent standby in the Pavilion.
After a days activity the Scandinavian hot tub is a magic place to sit and watch the sunset before sitting down to a sumptuous home cooked organic meal.
We provide a range of dining options to choose from for groups of six or more and will happily work with you to shape a menu of your choosing. (link)
All services, including phone, fax and broadband internet connection are available on site.
If you require specific items such as whiteboards, DVD players etc these can be organized by prior arrangement.
