FUNCTION - BUFFET OPTIONS

Please choose one of the following options and select dishes from the choices below. Option 1: Choice of 2 Salads, 2 Mains, 2 Vegetables and 2 Desserts $39.50 Option 2: Choice of 2 Salads, 3 Mains, 2 Vegetables and 2 Desserts $45.50 Option 3: Choice of 2 Salads, 3 Mains, 2 Vegetables and 2 Desserts $48.50 All options come with fresh bread rolls and butter.

MAINS SELECTION
1. Garlic-mustard crusted beef sirloin with burgundy jus
2. Apple-stuffed roast lion of pork with crackling and apple sauce
3. Rosemary-lemon grilled chicken breast
4. Apricot honey glazed champagne ham with gravy
5. Spaghetti bolognaise with fresh shaved parmagianno
6. Char-grilled salmon fillet with an orange glaze ($3 per person surcharge)
7. Roast chicken with sea salt and thyme gravy
8. Shepard’s pie. Tender braised lamb and vegetables topped with potato mash and grilled cheese
9. Whole beef eye fillet crusted with gremolata, carved and served with a port wine jus ($5 per person surcharge)
10. Chicken, sweet corn and mushroom fricassee
11. Roasted, rolled leg of lamb with mint jelly and gravy

SALAD SELECTION
1. Penne pasta salad. With Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and bacon (optional) with a roasted Portobello mushroom dressing
2. Potato salad. With bacon, spring onions, red capsicums and blue cheese dressing
3. Garden salad. Mesculin leaves with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and croutons with a grain mustard vinaigrette
4. Greek salad. Baby spinach, Kalamata olives, feta and cherry tomatoes with a feta-rosemary dressing
5. Caesar salad. Cos Lettuce, bacon, parmesan and croutons with a creamy caesar dressing
6. Pasta salad. With fire roasted red peppers, grilled field mushrooms and chorizo sausage with a thyme-ricotta dressing
